Ontario Police is now on Twitter. For instant information on road closures, hazardous conditions, traffic delays, neighborhood watch meetings and more, simply join us on Twitter. You do not have to have a Twitter account to get the information. There are two ways to sign up. Standard messaging rates may apply based on your phone service plan.

1. Send a Text Message to: 40404
In the message simply type: follow ontpd

That’s it; you’ll receive a confirmation message and then will be able to receive instant messages anytime they are sent from the Ontario Police Department.

2. If you are already on Twitter and you want to get information on the Internet, just search for “ontpd” and then click follow. Click here to login.
